Itinerary
Arrival at IKA, meet and greet with your guide. Drive to Polour, a village in the Larijan district in Mazandaran, the best starting point for south-face climbing of Mount Damavand. O/N Polour (Hut–B–D)
After having breakfast, transfer to Gousfandsara at the foot of Mount Damavand. Begin your hiking adventure toward Bargah-e Sevom. O/N Bargah-e Sevom (4250M) (Advanced Camp, B– Lunch box–D)
On this day, climb up to a height of 4300 meters to practice acclimatization. In the evening, return to Bargah-e Sevom and rest. O/N Bargah-e Sevom (4250M) (Advanced Camp–B-Lunch box-D)
Early in the morning (around 05:00 AM), begin your climb from 4100 meters to the peak (5671M). After spending some time at the peak, you will return to the camp. O/N Sevom Bargah (Advanced Camp – B – Lunch Box – D)
Descend from Bargah to Gousfandsara, then drive to Rineh village. You may swim and relax in the thermal water springs at Larijan as you wish. Then head back to Tehran. Transfer to the IKIA and fly back home. The end of the tour.
